TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) training from Health Communications, Inc. of Arlington, VA, is the foremost solution to preventing intoxication, drunk driving, underage drinking and other hazards that sometime accompany the sale and service of alcohol.  TIPS training is appropriate for any establishment that sells or serves alcohol. 

The TIPS program was developed by Health Education Foundation of Washington, DC under the direction of Morris E. Chafetz, M.D.
