Prior to the work at Caribiner, Mr. Cohen served 22 years with Maritz Inc. a $1.5 billion dollar, privately held firm dealing with performance improvement, business communications, marketing research and group travel for the Fortune 1000. Over those years, he served in various areas of management throughout the marketing communications and strategic planning arena, building businesses and groups in St. Louis, MO; Racine, WI; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; and Los Angeles, CA.

His career in all areas of top management, performance improvement and strategic planning for the Fortune 1000 includes major product and corporate launches for the automotive, pharmaceutical, construction, consumer products and information technology industries. He has also worked extensively in international markets, organically building businesses as well as negotiating and integrating acquisitions in Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Cohen, personally operates, PerformanceStream, and has been an international consultant assisting new and emerging companies with their business structure, strategic planning, leadership enhancement of executives, e-commerce marketing and key account development; as well as, continuing his endeavors with specific clients as an executive producer of large scale events and seminars.
